Will my jtycreative.com purchase arrive gift-wrapped?

All orders arrive in our jewelry pouch or inside a jewelry box. You may enter a complimentary gift message note when you add an item to cart.

How do I resize my order?

JtYcreative jewelry can be customized for a minimal alteration fee. Because resizing is done by our artisans, the lead-time can be approximately 1 to 3 weeks. How can I pay for my purchase?

We accept the following payment methods: Credi card, Alipay and Paypal.

Why am I being charged tax on my order?

Sales tax is applied to your order based on the delivery state in the US, The total tax amount will be visible in the checkout.

What happens after I place an order? How long does it take to receive my pieces?

After your order has been received we will begin our work to handcraft it in our Studio. The time required depends on the complexity of the pieces you ordered. We ask that you allow up to three weeks to receive your order. Once your pieces have been expertly crafted it will be be shipped Priority Mail and received in 7-10 days.
